It was meant to be a fun school trip but, with typical Measle luck, the fun flew out of the window at the first whiff of wrathmonk. Now Measle’s classmates have disappeared and he’s been thrown into a great big hole. The pit seems bottomless …until Measle lands with a SPLAT! Where is he? Where are his friends? How will he get out of the hole? And, um, what on earth is making that hideous hissing in the dark close by? The fifth instalment of the fantastic Measle Stubbs Adventures.

This book is funny. The only magical thing Measel can do is turn invisible because of eating some lemon jelly beans. There is a doom pit which teleports you into dystopia. Dystopia is a magical place where everything which is unreal lives. It was so good, it made me not want to put it down.
