The story is too short. The man is so mean. The robbers are not scary at all. There are a lot of food on the table and they ate all of the food and slept very well. The four friends are very clever and thankful. The man was acting so rude to his rooster.

I liked the donkey in this book because he is really nice to all of the friends that he finds on his journey to become a musician. The animals are really clever when they work together to trick the robbers. I loved it when they all piled on top of each other.
