The captain kept throwing the pirate crew off the board. I liked the captain because he was mean. I wouldn’t recommend it because it has LOTS of pages in it!

In the story there is a poor family who dont have enough to eat and work all day in the field. But Percy sets off to catch some fish for supper and surprise his family. But his boat is old and springs a leak. He sees a ship and they rescue him but turn out to be pirates that are mean. In the end he escapes and his family is never hungry again because he gets the reward for finding everyone's treasure.

Fiction. there were four pirates they were called captain crook willy weevil Sam scurvy and Ronnie rum and a little boy called Percy.

I thought it was funny when the crew got gobbled by sharks and Captain Crook got stuck in the hole he dug!

I liked this book because it has treasure it in. The pirates try to keep some of the treasure from captain crook but they get caught and have to walk the plank. Then they get eaten by sharks. I thionk you should read this book because I is good.
