Tom and Elenna take on the Ice Dragon Blaze, who is really just Malvel, though the artist again does not read what the author says the eyes are meant to be human in appearance not reptilian.....

I liked it most when Tom defeated Blaze who turned out to be Malvel! I liked the battle but sadly Malvel escaped! Yes, I would recommend this book and my favourite character was Tom and I 100% recommend this book.

The beasts in this story are Blaze and Epos . Tom is battling Blaze for the Amulet . Derlot makes special medicines to cure mysterious illness.

I really like that to defeat the beast in ghost form you needed your shadow. Also I like that the evil wizard was in the beast, but Tom didn't get the chance to battle him.

Derlot had no herbs to heal the woman and men's sickness from the deadly hyenas bite because they got froze from Blaze.Blaze had captured Epos in an ice cage.Epos tried using fireballs to burst out of the cage but Blaze just kept making it thicker.Malvel was inside Blaze and controlling him.Tom recognised from the ice beasts eyes.Epos helped Tom by using her fireball to reflect his shadow.Tom told Elenna to get the piece of amulet.So she did exactly what he told her to save Tom's ghostly father.

I like it because he traps Epos in the volcano and Tom has to free him. Epos is a good beast.

I liked Blaze because he was the only beast in this series to trap a good beast and he was able to fire ice instead of fire. I also liked Blaze because he was so clever to keep putting ice over Epos' prison so she couldnt melt it.
