During our internet shortage where I couldn't download any more books. I returned to Jack and The Golden Acorn. I have read this book numerous times and always return to the series. I love the adventure, excitement and humour of the book.

The golden acorn was a very funny and mysterious book. If it was fiction my favroute character would be camelin because he ate a chilli pepper and it burnt his mouth !!!

The Golden Acorn is a magical and exciting book about a boy called Jack. His life changes the minute he finds an golden acorn lying in the grass. He becomes an raven-boy (being able to turn into a raven) and has a wand. My favourite character is Jack. I recommend it to anybody who likes magical and exciting.
