Easy reader with a good story about Nipper at the fair and the trouble the evil rats try and cause. A great adventure

Read this book because it has Nipper and his twin sisters that are always cheeky. The rats come along and nipper tries to get the best of them. You'll have to read the book to find out if he manages it or not.
