I really liked that this beast could re-build itself, well, not really, but the freezing cold in those places were cold, cold, cold. So that's why he gets new ice everytime it breaks away.

The beast got trapped when he was good. Tom found a familiar foe, Freya, mistress of the beast. Tom had 2 enemies to tackle before he could get his prize. The prize Tom found was some scales which had the power to keep Tom's balance perfect. Koldo had the ice shield for Velmal's enchantment.

I liked the way that Freya the mistress of the beasts stole the shield from the ice castle and gave it back to Koldo. The shield made Koldo evil.

I really like tom on this book because he has to fight this beast and also when Tom and Eleanor got there they was in for a big surprise because instead of koldo rampaging and destroying everything he was infact being held prisoner. He was much smaller than usual because he was tied uo and had four torches surround him which made him melt and the only reason he didn’t break free was because his shield was taken. Away from him which had the evil magic inside. Freya then crashed into the magical place where they was holding the shield and took the shield and gave back it back to him . Koldo then got big and attached tom but Tim had his magic scales to help . I love this series of books they are my favourite and I want to read them all

Tom and Elenna have to free koldo from Velmal's enchantment but the people from the Freeshor have captured and freed him. How will Tom do it.

Koldo is a bit like Rokk. If his arm is chopped off it will regrow. I really liked Koldo because all the other beasts are animals but Koldo is a person. I also like his ice sword.

I liked the character Tom the best. He is the hero and I liked reading about his adventures. I liked how in this book Tom has to get a set of scales to fight Koldo with. I would recommend this book to someone.
