I really enjoyed reading the Firebird. The story had 2 stories, it was a mystery of who stole the Kings Golden Apples. The Kings son, the Prince, went on a mission to work out the puzzle. On his journey it became a recue mission. I liked all the twists and turns of the story. A sad part of the story was when his horse died.

This is a fiction book because Firebirds do not exist.I didn't like the part where Ivan was turning to stone.I liked the part where Ivan smashes the golden egg into pieces and the invulnerable Sorcerer Koshchey.I would receomend it to a friend because it shows Ivan being brave.

I like the prince because he bravely rescued the daughter and he fought a villain who was invincible. I would highly recommend it as it is a very good book.

I shared the reading with my big brother. It was annoying for Ivan that his brothers were a bit mean and everyone kept wanting something. I also dont know why his horse was killed
