The symbol of Pharaoh Kih-Oskh is the motif which links the different places - Egypt, the Middle East and India - that Tintin visits.

Cigars of the Pharaoh was interesting and thrilling to read. My favourite character in the story was Snowy the dog. The story is about a mysterious group of people that want to trap a certain man and ship him away. Then the mysterious people thrown the man into the sea in a coffin. See how the book continues by reading the story. I am normally interested in reading Chapter books but I also like comics. I will recommend this book to my friend.

Mummies here, mummies there, mummies in their underwear, Drinking coffee, eating pie, lying in sarcophagi. No not mothers(as you thought), but mummies of the other sort...

I liked it when somebody flashed a light at a bad guy's face and the bad guy was surprised. I liked it when Tintin was surprised to see mummies with their heads out of the top.

I liked it even though Snowy (my favourite character) was nearly sacrificed, and Snowy thought Tintin was dead (he wasn’t).

I liked that book because it was very funny and there were lots of mysteries. My favourite part was when Tintin got trapped - but then he got rescued. My favourite characters were Tintin the journalist and his dog Snowy.

I liked this book because it had a quite of bit of adventure and not much excitement. I didn't find it very funny. I would still recommend it though.

An average Tintin adventure, with no more than you'd get from the cartoon.
