Would you like to volunteer to help with Mythical Maze this year?

Do you have an older brother or sister, friend or relative who would like to volunteer to help make the Summer Reading Challenge, Mythical Maze a success this year? Libraries are looking for volunteers aged 12-25.
In Poole, along with 14 other authorities in the South West, we have secured additional funding to work with young volunteers aged 16-25. Our target is 41 volunteers which is 4 volunteers per a library in Poole and represents a 40% increase from last year! Each volunteer will receive a t-shirt, booklet, pen, badge and certificate (see picture). Why not keep the certificates handy for job and university interviews. You can give as little as an hour or as much as 70 hours which one of our young volunteers gave last year!
If you would like to help staff run the Challenge and enjoy talking to children about books or you would like to help with activities then I’m sure your local library would like to hear from you!
