Hello again everyone. We are the team from Essex Libraries – that’s Sarah, Apryl, Julie, Cathy, Sue and Wendy and we are delighted to be back with you to highlight the Christmas Mini Challenge starting next week- just read three books between December 12th and January 6th and log them on the website to receive your badge and a top secret video.Don’t forget you can borrow the books from your local library!

Lots has been happening in Essex since Creepy House finished – last week one of our libraries was invaded by daleks!!!! They were well behaved though and even told some really bad jokes – “What is a dalek’s favourite food? – Pizza with dalek bread!” aghhhhhhh

Anyway with Christmas on the way, during this week the Essex team are going to be shopping for presents for our favourite book characters -we’ll be sharing our ideas and if you have any suggestions let us know.
