It's a brilliant book I would recommend it to anyone, especially those who are into fairy-tales. Moonface is a lovely man and friends with Frannie and joe and Beth. you also meet saucepan man silky and Mr whatsisname. 11/10 it's awesome. have you read the other books by Enid Blyton? there great too

I totally recommend this book if you like it I also recommend The Enchanted wood which is the first book of the series,The Magic Faraway Tree which is second and Up The Faraway Tree which is the last book in the series.

This book is about three children who move to the countryside and found a magic faraway tree. There are different lands at the top of the tree through the hole in the clouds. The children visited many of the lands, and my favourite was the and of tea parties, because there were all kinds of food and sandwiches. there. There was also an ice-cream man that gave them any flavoured ice-cream they wanted. My favourite character was Moon-face because he had a big slide called the slippery slip in the middle of his curved tree trunk. I would recommend this book to my friend Jacob.

I really liked this book because there is a magic tree and you can go up the tree and discover new lands. My favourite character in this book is Saucepan Man because when he clangs his saucepans and kettles together they make him deaf and he mishears what people say and that is very funny!!!

I loved this book as well as the two books before it, because the children met lots of funny and interesting people like the Saucepan Man, Moonface and Silky and they all went up to lots of different lands at the top of the tree and had lots of different adventures.

The folk of the faraway tree was very interesting and I liked the part where Moon-Face and the children taught Connie a lesson. In the end everyone thought that Connie was a much nicer girl and that she wasn’t as spoilt.

I really enjoyed this book as it is full of adventure and mysteries. My favourite character is moonphase because he is a really friendly but funny character at the same time. Towards the end Of the book, I liked Connie but at the beginning she was one of my least favourite characters because she was a very spoilt girl who was rude and unpleasant. I would recommend it to anyone who loves a fantasy adventure and fictional books.
