I would recommend this because the book is not that big so you can just read it on a short trip, what I like best is that the book is jam packed with ideas I could not put the book down. This book has been very well thought about and it does get a bit confusing because Harriet can understand what people are saying but she can not talk , you have to think very carefully about this book. Harriets owner Susies dad is a bit mean to Harriet so she calls him EE(Evil Edward).

I've read almost the whole series and they are really good, quite funny. In the story there is this guy called The Great Maldini who is always trying to take Harriet for his magic show.

I think you should read this book because there is a lot of whacky things going on in Harriet Houdini's life.
