A present for Horrid Henry

Hello I’m Sue. I love December because I can read all my favourite Christmas books, one I will definitely be reading again is Harvey Slumfenburger’s Christmas present by the brilliant John Burningham –Father Christmas returns home after a hard time delivering presents, and then finds he has forgotten to deliver Harvey Slumfenberger’s present. Will he get to the Roly Poly Mountain in time? If you haven’t read this yet I recommend you borrow a copy from your library very soon.

I also love Horrid Henry, there’s a hilarious story called Horrid Henry’s Christmas Presents where he has a brilliant idea for his family’s Christmas presents! I wonder what Horrid Henry would like for Christmas? If I had to buy a present for Horrid Henry I think I would get him a big book of good manners but I don’t suppose he would read it! I expect he would love the Dirty Bertie books by Alan MacDonald, about another character as naughty as Henry himself. What would you buy Horrid Henry for Christmas? Let us know your ideas?
