This book shows that if you work hard there is a reward at the end.

I liked that it was about a little boy that wanted to do the Newcastle run but Harry Miller needed help to sort out his house so he can go to a care home. I liked the ending and the start and I liked the whole story.

Lovely story, the old man remembering his wonderful run and meeting Veronica.

Wasn't thinking of this book being set back in the 1920's. I liked Harry best, he was the fastest whilst running from Newcastle South Shields. Hugely recommend this amazing book!

This is a very good book it gives inspiration to children who like long distance running. Its a little bit sad in parts however the way its written makes it sound real which I really like. I recommend this book to anyone from age 7-10.
